Taking a ticket to a reviewable change meant writing a long prompt by hand, copying attachments, moving the ticket and hoping the agent did not skip the diagnosis or push on its own.
Bugflow turns a picked work item, or a pasted description, into one standard pipeline with a model chosen per stage, a single human approval gate, and an optional review by a different model.
- The green condition is written before the fix and must fail first: a check that already passes proves nothing.
- Past fixes from the knowledge base are a hypothesis, never authority.
- Bug, feature, refactor, chore and spike each get their own path.
