An agent running behind verification gates gives no sign of where it is. To learn whether the build is red for the second time or a scope gate just refused an edit, you had to read the whole transcript.
Loop is a plugin for the BB agent IDE that puts that state in the thread's side panel: the current stage, red and green attempts, scope denials, subagents and tokens. Shell hooks report every decision as it happens, and a badge in the thread header pulses when a gate blocks.
- A turn cannot end while the project's own check is red; after three attempts, or an explicit call for a decision, control returns to the human.
- Repeated failures are hashed with timings stripped, so the agent is told when it is retrying the same fix.
- Only repositories the session actually changed are checked.
